• Inventory Management:Ensureoptimalinventorylevelsthroughclosecollaborationwiththepurchasingandwarehousingteams.
  
  Monitorstocklevelstoavoidshortagesandexcessinventory.
• Coordination:Collaboratewiththesales,marketing,andlogisticsdepartmentstoensuresmoothproductavailability.
  
  Supporttheplanningandexecutionofsalespromotionsandmarketingcampaigns,aswellasmanagingproductphase-inandphase-out.
• Strategic Planning,S&OP:Developandimplementstrategiestoincreasesales.
  
  Identifymarketopportunitiesandrisks,anddevisemeasurestoincreasesalesandminimizeinventorycosts.
• Customer Analysis:Analyzecustomerbehaviorandmarketdemandtodeveloptargetedsalesstrategies.
  
  Supportthedevelopmentofcustomerretentionandloyaltyprograms.
• Process Optimization:Identifyandimplementmeasurestoimprovedemandplanningandprocesses.
  
  Continuouslyreviewandadjustprocessestoincreaseefficiency.
• Risk Management:Assessandmanagerisksrelatedtodemandforecastsandstrategies.
  
  Developandimplementmeasurestomitigaterisks.

• Experience:Severalyearsofexperienceindemandplanning,sales management,orasimilarrole.
  
  Experiencewithplanningandanalyticaltools(e.g.,SAP,APO, IBP,Excel).
• Software Knowledge:Proficientinusing
  
  ERPsystemsanddemandplanningtools.
  
  Experiencewithdataanalysisandvisualizationtools(e.g.,BW,Power
  
  BI) isanadvantage.
• Communication:Excellentcommunicationskillsin Germanand English ,abilitytocollaborateeffectivelywithvariousdepartments.
  
  Abilitytoclearlyandconciselypresentanalysesandresults.
• Problem Solving:Abilitytoidentifyproblemsanddevelopsolutionstooptimizeprocesses.
  
  Proactiveapproachandabilitytoworkunderpressure. High degree of assertiveness.
• Teamwork:Abilitytocollaboratewithinateamandsupportcolleagues.
