CONVEYANCING ASSISTANT MANCHESTER UPTO £45,000 + GREAT BENEFITS & CULTURE

Get Recruited is working with an award‑winning multi‑office practice that provides multiple services to its clients across the UK. They are now looking for a Conveyancing Fee Earner/Assistant to join their growing team. • Assisting and building on your own case load within residential property
• Taking instructions on new enquiries
• Providing advice and handling cases as part of a team and individually
• Building relationships with clients and contacts
• Preparing contracts and correspondence
• Using case management systems to produce legal documents
• Identifying new opportunities

• Must have at least 3 years' experience working within property
• Ideally will be qualified
• Excellent organisation, presentation, and communication skills
• Strong academic record
