We have an opportunity for a Mental Health Urgent Triage Navigator to join the organisation on a 12-month fixed term basis. Reporting to the Adults Crisis Services Manager, the Mental Health Urgent Triage Navigator will be responsible for:
- Working with clients who present in crisis, including supporting with de‑escalation of crisis & risk management.
- Working in partnership with other services. Specifically for this role, you will work alongside Pennine Trust, GMMH Trust, GMP and NWAS.
- Navigating clients within their own communities to live well.
- Liaising with Community crisis offers to support clients after they have passed through clinical assessment to access the most appropriate response.

Working Hours:
This is a service that runs 12pm-12am, 365 days a year which includes bank holidays. You will be working either 6‑hour or 12‑hour shifts and must be available to work on weeknights, weekends and bank holidays on a fair rota basis. Your rota will be 4 weeks in advance.
- The average working pattern for a full‑time position is 11.30am—midnight, 3x per week on a rotational basis.
