Location: Oldham - OL4
🏡 Provision: Children’s Residential Home (Ages 7–17, EBD & Mild Learning Difficulties) - This is a New Home for an Established Provider
⏳ Hours: 48 hours per week, days only, rolling rota (you will manage the rota, including your own shifts) - Sleep will be required
💰 Salary: £38,600 per annum

Are you an experienced Senior Residential Support Worker or Deputy Manager ready to step up and lead a high-quality team? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established, values-led organisation that delivers care, education, and therapy to children with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and Mild Learning Difficulties (MLD).

You’ll work closely with an experienced Registered Manager
, helping to shape a safe, supportive environment and lead your team in delivering exceptional outcomes for children and young people.

• ✔
  Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People’s Workforce (or equivalent)
• ✔
  Experience in a Deputy, Assistant Manager or Senior RSW role within residential childcare
• ✔
  Understanding of safeguarding, legislation, and leadership within a care home environment
• ✔
  Full UK Driving Licence (Manual – Essential)
• ✔
  Fluent in English with strong communication and IT skills

• 🔹 Support with recruitment, rota management, supervisions, and audits
• 🔹 Work closely with education and therapeutic professionals to deliver holistic care
• 🔹 Build strong relationships with children, families, professionals and regulatory bodies
