Position: Credit Controller (Permanent, Part Time)

What you’ll be getting stuck into as a Credit Controller

Proactively managing customer accounts and chasing payments by phone and email
Driving cash collection performance and reducing the debtor’s ledger
Resolving customer account queries by working closely with internal teams
Reconciling customer accounts, keeping ledgers accurate and tidy
Managing cash allocation, unallocated cash and ledger reconciliations
What you’ll bring to the table as a Credit Controller

Extensive experience in business-to-business credit control
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads
Clear and confident communication skills across phone, email and face-to-face
Experience reconciling customer accounts and managing ledgers accurately
Proven ability to resolve payment issues and account discrepancies

Working hours:

24 hours per week, ideally across three full office days or four shorter days (to include Mondays).
