Your role will include:
Providing financial insight into operational performance, identifying trends, risks, and cost challenges Reviewing and analysing P&L, balance sheet, and key KPIs to improve financial and operational outcomes Acting as a trusted finance partner to non-finance stakeholders, driving financial understanding across the business Delivering commercial insight to challenge performance and support decision-making Supporting strategic and ad-hoc business projects with robust financial analysis Leading and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across pricing, planning, and reporting Developing and enhancing automated reporting and analysis tools (e.g. Power BI) Supporting annual budgeting, forecasting, and monthly performance review cycles Working closely with senior finance stakeholders to drive best-practice business partnering
