Full time Role details Our client is looking for a skilled Finance Business Partner to join their team and play a pivotal role in shaping commercial success. This position offers you the chance to work closely with operational and sales leaders, providing essential financial guidance and support that directly influences revenue growth, margin improvement, and overall profitability. You will be at the heart of decision making, delivering high quality management information and insightful analysis that drives business performance.
Responsibilities of the Finance Business Partner Act as a trusted Finance Business Partner to operational and sales leadership, providing robust challenge, commercial insight and support to maximise revenue growth, margin and profitability Deliver high quality management information, analysis and commentary to influence key commercial and operational decisions Lead monthly sales and margin reviews, highlighting key risks, opportunities and performance trends Work closely with sales leadership to understand variances to budget and forecast, agreeing corrective actions and improvement plans Own branch-level P&L performance, providing detailed analysis, challenge and recommendations to drive profitability Review and challenge commercial assumptions to ensure robust return on investment and margin protection Partner with operational stakeholders to embed strong financial discipline and improve commercial decision-making What the successful candidate will bring Fully qualified accountant Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusting relationships across operational, sales, and finance teams Experience leading monthly reviews of sales or margin performance including identification of risks, opportunities, and trends for senior stakeholders Comfortable partnering with operational stakeholders to embed robust financial discipline into everyday decision making processes What sets this company apart This organisation is a fast growing leader in their industry, where ambition, innovation, and career growth go hand in hand.
