Yield Group Leader

Are you a talented semiconductor engineer with a passion for Yield and Process Improvement? A leading technology firm in Oldham is seeking a Yield Group Leader to join their dynamic team. This role offers the chance to contribute to innovative projects to improve yield of advanced semiconductor products.

Responsibilities

Lead a team to maintain and improve product yield.
Analyse production data and identify yield detractors.
Implement solutions to enhance overall efficiency.

Qualifications

Degree in Electronics Engineering, Materials Science, or related field.
Previous team leadership experience.
Proven experience in Process, Yield, Test or Quality engineering.
Proficiency in data analysis and knowledge of statistical process control.
Strong analytical skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Excellent communication skills to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with semiconductor fabrication processes and equipment.
