ASAP - ongoing long-term position Are you confident, reliable, and passionate about supporting young people in education?
We are currently recruiting Cover Supervisors to work across a range of secondary and SEN schools.
This is an excellent opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers, or individuals with experience working with young people who are looking to gain hands‑on classroom experience.
The Role- Delivering pre-set lesson plans in the absence of the class teacher
- Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a positive learning environment
- Supporting students with their work and maintaining engagement
- Upholding school policies and safeguarding procedures
- Experience working with children or young people (school-based experience desirable)
- Confident classroom presence and strong communication skills
Ability to manage behaviour effectively - Enhanced Child and Adult DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
