An educational recruitment agency is looking for a Secondary Pastoral Officer in Oldham to support student wellbeing and personal development. The role involves providing pastoral care, monitoring behaviour, and working closely with families and professionals to assist students facing challenges. Ideal candidates will have experience with young people, a solid understanding of safeguarding, and excellent communication skills. The role is full-time and temporary, offering £95-£120 per day, from Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 3:30 pm.
