We are working with a friendly and inclusive primary school in Oldham, supporting pupils across the primary age range. The school is committed to providing high-quality education in a positive and structured setting, where pupils are encouraged to achieve academically while developing confidence, independence, and strong social skills.
This is an excellent opportunity for a committed teacher to join a collaborative team and play a key role in delivering engaging, inclusive learning for all pupils.
As a Primary School Teacher, you will- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
- Create a positive, structured classroom environment with clear behaviour expectations.
- Adapt teaching to meet the needs of all learners, including those with SEN or additional needs.
- Assess pupil progress and provide constructive feedback to support development.
- Use assessment data to inform planning and targeted interventions.
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff, support staff, and leadership.
- Communicate effectively with parents and carers regarding progress and wellbeing.
- Uphold and promote the school's safeguarding policies at all times.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
- Previous experience working within a UK primary school setting.
- Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
- A positive, proactive, and adaptable approach to teaching.
- Commitment to inclusive education and pupil wellbeing.
- Hold Right to Work in the UK
- Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS registered with the update service or be willing to apply
- Provide two professional references related to education or childcare
