A leading construction firm in the UK is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee the shell and core delivery of a residential development. The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of experience managing steel frame projects, possess a Civil/Structural engineering background, and show strong leadership and technical skills. This role includes managing project sequencing, quality control, and interfacing directly with the design team.
