Care Tech Community Services established in 1993 has 250 services with continuous growth with new developments/services. Care Tech Community Services is a national provider of support for people with complex and challenging behaviours associated with autism, learning disabilities, mental health illness and neurological conditions. We support people to live as independently as possible within their own homes and also in residential care.

What You’ll Do- Support young people with their daily routines; getting them ready for school, prepping for meal times and planning activities.
- Create a warm, homely environment by helping with light housekeeping.
- Build strong, meaningful relationships and provide emotional support.
- Plan and join fun activities like trips to the park, popcorn & movie nights or creative projects.
- Keep essential records to ensure the best possible care.
Our home is a solo home with 6 staff working 2-1. The team is made up of males and females and is a diverse team. Our home has a family environment and is designed to feel less institutionalised than a typical care home.
Our young person is a 14 year old male who has shared that he is happy living at this home. The team is full of long-standing staff, showing commitment to our young people. The team know each other’s strengths and weaknesses and are experienced to mentor and guide new staff members.
Who You AreWarm, patient, a great listener and encourager – focused on achieving outcomes for others. Experience in residential childcare and/or level 3 qualification in residential childcare.
