The role:

* Providing high-level operations and executive support to the CEO

* Supporting day-to-day office and business operations

* Coordinating documentation, processes, and compliance

* Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders

* Helping to implement and improve systems, workflows, and procedures

* Previous experience within the construction sector

* A strong understanding of construction regulations and compliance
