Shift Detail: Monday, Wednesday, Friday. Hours will be between 7:30A and 5:30P

• Collaborates with members of health care team to assist patients in achieving established outcomes of care
• Participates in direct patient care in order to meet individual and family health goals by obtaining, documenting, and reporting patient data related to established plan of care
• Performs therapeutic measures, under the direction of an RN or MD, to assist in achieving established patient care outcomes

Current Connecticut Licensed Practical Nurse license required. Previous experience in Medical/Surgical Office setting preferred.
