LEARN, Southern Connecticut's Regional Educational Service Center, invites candidates to apply for a Long-Term Substitute Special Education Teacher opening at the Regional Multicultural Magnet School in New London, Connecticut. This assignment will begin in March and continue through June 12, 2026.

Day to Day
  • Collaborate with our expert team to design and deliver holistic, individualized programs for children in grades one through six.
  • Create and implement engaging, evidence-based lessons for individuals and small groups.
  • Partner with families and caregivers to provide support for each child's growth and well-being.
Qualifications
  • Connecticut Teacher certification (i.e.165, 065, or 113) or eligible for certification.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven experience working with children in school or educational settings.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and collaboration skills.
