Overview
Roosevelt Care Center at Old Bridge is seeking a compassionate and experienced RN Supervisor to join our team for immediate full-time shifts 3-11p. This role focuses on leadership and is oriented toward weekend coverage.
Responsibilities- Supervise and support nursing staff during your assigned shift
- Oversee medication administration, blood draws, and other clinical duties
- Conduct regular nursing rounds and ensure high standards of resident care
- Educate staff, residents, and families as needed
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines
- Perform other duties as assigned by nursing leadership
- Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- Active, unencumbered New Jersey RN license
- At least 1 year of long-term care or subacute experience; supervisor experience preferred
