RN Supervisor

Overview

Roosevelt Care Center at Old Bridge is seeking a compassionate and experienced RN Supervisor to join our team for immediate full-time shifts 3-11p. Our residents are more than just individuals receiving care—they are part of our extended family. We are committed to delivering care with dignity, compassion, and excellence. We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse ready to step into a leadership role and make a meaningful difference—weekends.

• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• Active, unencumbered New Jersey RN license
• At least 1 year of long-term care or subacute experience; supervisor experience preferred
• Supervise and support nursing staff during your assigned shift
• Oversee medication administration, blood draws, and other clinical duties
• Conduct regular nursing rounds and ensure high standards of resident care
• Educate staff, residents, and families as needed
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines
• Perform other duties as assigned by nursing leadership
