Responsibilities- Care for specific patient population to achieve desired outcomes.
- Provide effective direct care as part of interdisciplinary team.
- Direct, delegate, evaluate, and coordinate care provided by other caregivers.
- Coordinate patient care/unit activities among nursing peers, physicians and support services.
- NJ State Professional Registered Nurse License.
- AHA BLS/CPR certification required within 60 days of hire.
- BSN in progress and/or can be completed within three (3) years of hire.
- At least six (6) months of relevant nursing experience or active participant in HMH Nurse Residency Program.
Minimum rate of $44.24 hourly. Pay determined at offer based on market data, experience, education, and other factors. Eligible for shift differentials, performance-based incentives, and comprehensive benefits package.
