Our growing personal injury law firm is seeking a motivated Associate Attorney licensed to practice in New Jersey. The ideal candidate will handle a caseload of personal injury matters from intake through resolution, including pleadings, discovery, Motion practice, negotiations, and court appearances.
Responsibilities- Manage PI caseload from inception through settlement or trial
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Attend court appearances, depositions, and mediations
- Communicate with clients and opposing counsel

Qualifications- Active New Jersey Bar license (required)
