  • Assist the physician during radio frequency vein ablation procedures: maintain aseptic technique, anticipate needs, hand off instruments, operate as an efficient partner in the room.

  • Operate and assist with equipment such as ultrasound systems, RF generators, tumescent infiltration systems — as directed by the physician or senior RN.
  • Monitor inventory of sterile instruments and supplies: ensure restocking, organization, proper labeling and readiness of the procedural environment.
  • Facilitate post-procedure care: assist with dressing application, patient monitoring, clean-up and room turnover so the next case is ready without delay.
  • Adhere strictly to infection control, OSHA and facility safety guidelines — you are the gatekeeper of safety and cleanliness in the suite.
  • Provide compassionate, professional communications: you will interface with patients, families and team members — clarity, empathy and responsiveness matter.
  • Contribute as a team player: collaborate with nurses, physicians, support staff and leadership to continuously improve procedural workflow and patient experience.

; vascular, interventional or surgical experience is a strong plus.
  • Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required

  • Exceptional communication skills, strong attention to detail, ability to anticipate needs and remain composed in a fast-moving procedural environment.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally assist with lifting equipment or helping patients as needed.
  • Comfortable working within a team, and also able to work independently when needed.
  • Outpatient procedural suite setting within a multidisciplinary orthopedic & vascular care practice.
  • Close interaction with physicians, nurses, medical support staff and patients at various stages of care.
