What You'll Do

* Create a safe, nurturing, and structured classroom environment

* Implement the Primrose Balanced Learning curriculum

* Plan engaging lessons that support literacy, math, science, creativity, and social-emotional development

* Observe and document children's developmental progress

* Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues

* Maintain a clean, organized, and developmentally appropriate classroom

* Support classroom routines including transitions, meals, and playground time
