Experience Ambassador, Customer Service​/HelpDesk

Hackensack Meridian Health -  - Responsibilities:
Proactively rounds on patients to capture feedback and report trends;
Serve as a liaison between patients/visitors and physicians and team members;
Address patient complaints and follow through to ensure satisfaction prior to discharge;
Communicates hospital policies, procedures and services and provides solutions to meet consumer needs;
Performs all functions of the Experience Coordinator including call center duties, notary services for hospital documents, education on advance directives, facilitating administrative referrals, lost property claims, and general office support when needed
