Average Hourly Rate: $27.69 (Includes wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, shift differential, etc.)

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in human services or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in child placement.
• Predictive Index assessment.

• 20 days of personal leave in your first year (25 days after year one!)
