Job Description (Overview)

You will complete daily work orders, support unit turns, and handle general maintenance repairs throughout the property.

Key Responsibilities

• To troubleshoot basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance issues
• To complete work orders professionally and efficiently
• To support unit turns and preventative maintenance tasks
• To maintain property appearance, safety, and functionality
• To communicate repair needs and follow maintenance procedures

Required Skills & Experience

• Prior apartment or building maintenance experience
• Ability to complete general maintenance repairs confidently
• Own hand tools required
• Multifamily or property management industry experience required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
