Job Description Summary
Are you a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician or Millwright looking for an exciting opportunity? Join our team and play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing our plant assets. You'll be the go-to expert for mechanical troubleshooting, proactive maintenance, and equipment optimization. Work alongside a dynamic team and utilize your skills in maintenance, machining, and training to keep our operations running smoothly.
- Pay: $40.05/hr
- Training Shift: Monday-Friday first 90days 7am-3:30pm
- After Training
Schedule:
3 Days on 3 Days off—you will be awarded either night or day shift based upon seniority after training. - Benefits:

- Participate in safety and good housekeeping programs.
- Adhere to environmental regulations and respond to emergencies safely.
- Install, fabricate, repair, and maintain equipment and machinery.
- Utilize diagrams, sketches, manuals, and engineering drawings for tasks.
- Perform carpentry, plumbing, and work with power and hand tools.
- Install and repair locks, door closers, and related hardware.
- Insulate pipes, ducts, furnaces, tanks, ovens, walls, and ceilings.
- Erect and work from rigging, scaffolding, and ladders.
- Maintain and repair auto equipment and internal combustion machines.
- Perform electric arc and acetylene welding and cutting.
- Lead, assist, and train Mechanic apprentices.
- Inspect wells and take water samples.
- Assemble or rebuild equipment and parts.
- Perform duties of a Sheet Metal Worker and operate machine shop equipment.
- Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
- Understand verbal and written instructions.
- Ability to multi-task and work well in a team environment.
- Basic mathematical skills.
- Ability to secure and maintain a forklift driver's license.
- Operate a computer.
- Learn the SAP system for parts requests.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 3-4 years of experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician or Millwright.
- Must be a US citizen or have the right to work in the US.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Must be drug and alcohol-free.
- Ability to secure and maintain a forklift driver's license.
Physical Requirements /Work Environment
- Exposure to temperature extremes and noise levels.
- Prolonged sitting or standing for 8‑hour shifts (and/or rotating shifts).
- Bending, twisting, handling, and controlling objects, tools, or controls.
- Lifting/carrying/moving up to 50 pounds.
- Regular attendance on‑site and ability to work varying or rotating shifts.
- Wearing respirator protection.
- Participation in safety and good housekeeping programs.
