Icon Structures is seeking a Skilled Trades Technician to support our commercial construction projects. This role involves hands-on work across various trades, ensuring quality craftsmanship and efficient project execution.

Job Responsibilities

* Assist carpenters, superintendents, and other trades as needed

* Perform site cleanup and debris removal

* Load and unload materials and equipment

* Operate basic hand and power tools

* Support demolition and prep work

* Maintain safety standards and follow company procedures

* Perform general labor tasks as assigned

Skills & Experience

* Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety practices

* Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team

* Good communication and problem-solving skills

Job Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent preferred

* Previous construction or labor experience a plus

* Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions

* Reliable transportation to job sites

* Willingness to learn and take direction

* Strong work ethic and punctuality
