Contractor Direct Sales District Manager

• Achieve monthly sales budget and manage accurate forecasts for the territory
• Execute a basket selling approach to establish primary supplier status within product categories
• Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers among customers
• Provide technical support and training to customers as needed
• Maintain accurate CRM records and manage expense reports in a timely manner

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
• Proficiency in CRM systems, Excel, Word, and Power Point
• Strong technical ability and product knowledge within relevant categories
• Willingness to travel overnight 60-75% of the time, primarily by car

• Experience in Customer Focused Sales (CFS)
• Expertise in identifying leads and creating cross-selling opportunities
• Knowledge of competitive positioning within the territory
