- Driving Occupancy & Revenue Growth:
Cultivating relationships with prospective residents and their families to aid in maximizing occupancy;
Being responsible for meeting the occupancy and revenue goals of assigned communities;
Advancing and expediting the decision timeline of prospective residents in a responsible and respectful manner. - Executing Sales Strategy & Lead Management:
Creating and implementing marketing plans, including lead generation strategies, for assigned communities based on local market needs;
Managing and participating in lead generation and lead nurturing processes, including cultivating aged leads within the CRM;
Working alongside Directors of Sales (DOSs) by making phone calls, conducting home visits, and scheduling face-to-face encounters to create urgency. - Coaching, Training & Team
Collaboration:
Coaching and inspiring Directors of Sales (DOSs) to success in occupancy and sales initiatives;
Ensuring a high level of associate performance through training, coaching, and ensuring adherence to the Heritage Communities selling methodology;
Partnering with all team members at assigned communities to create a strong sales culture;
Periodically training associates and department heads on the marketing aspects of their positions and the tour training program. - Administration & Reporting:
Working closely with the Executive Director and DOS to define sales goals and activities, adjusting strategy when needed;
Reporting frequently to the Chief Operating Officer regarding performance, inquiries, tours, and other details pertinent to assigned communities;
Representing Heritage Communities to residents, guests, and the community in a professional and positive manner.
