• Deliver, sell, and merchandise Frito-Lay’s full product line, including Lay’s, Doritos, Cheetos, Tostitos, Fritos, and more, to local stores such as gas stations, dollar stores, and grocery stores.
• Drive a Frito-Lay truck to various stores, unloading orders, merchandising products, and maintaining accurate records.
• Partner with store managers to increase sales and place new orders.
• Learn the role during four to six weeks of dedicated driving and selling training.
• Run routes for team members, explore different store types, and meet new customers.
• Grow sales on the route by building relationships, selling on displays, and completing national initiatives.
• Achieve a route with set days off/schedule with time.
• Work in a fast‑paced, physical environment. Full‑time members may work weekends, holidays, and irregular hours.

• Age 21 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and the ability to obtain additional licenses as required by state law.
• Ability to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation.
