Position: Contract. Direct Sales DM

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Achieve monthly sales budget and manage accurate forecasts for the territory
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in customer organizations
  • Provide technical support and training to customers as needed
  • Conduct business reviews to ensure sales growth plan results
  • Maintain accurate customer relationship management (CRM) records
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales
  • Must reside within the designated territory
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point
  • Strong technical ability and knowledge of customer-focused sales
  • Competency in identifying leads and creating cross‑selling opportunities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Expert‑level product and application knowledge within relevant categories
  • Willingness to travel overnight 60‑75% of the time, primarily by car
