In-Store Shopper - Part Time - Seasonal

As an In‑Store Shopper, you’ll support the Customer Service & E‑Commerce teams by preparing orders for delivery and pickup across our store’s full assortment.

• Flexible schedule required: nights, weekends, holidays as needed.
• Saturday and Sunday shifts are preferred; daytime shifts are also available.
• Team members receive up to 3 weeks’ schedule in advance.
• Average shift: 4‑8 hours.

• Comfort using handheld mobile device to fulfill orders.
• Accurately and efficiently process online orders with a sense of urgency.
• Detail oriented: pay attention to product and order accuracy.
• Eager to learn product knowledge, customer service standards, and store operations.
• Keep staging area organized and free of clutter.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Proficient in English for customer order preparation and shopping.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand/walk for at least 6 hours, and perform frequent push/pull, squat, bend, and reach tasks without reasonable accommodation.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Lift 50 pounds.
• Stand/walk 6‑8 hours, sit 1‑4 hours per 8‑hour shift.
• Manually manipulate items, push and pull.
• Perform bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching.
• Exposure to FDA‑approved cleaning chemicals and temperature extremes (below 32°F, 32‑40°F, above 90°F).
• Use tools/equipment such as box cutters, pallet jacks, and ladder if required.

Wage range: $15.00‑$24.40 hourly, commensurate with experience. Whole Foods Market offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, store discount, paid time off, and other programs.

New entry‑level team members who complete 90 days of employment may be eligible for a base rate increase after their anniversary.
