Position OverviewWhat you’ll do:
As a full‑time retail store manager, you’ll lead a high‑performance team of 8–20 associates, including 3–4 members of management, to create an unforgettable customer experience. You’ll drive sales, loyalty, and talent across omni‑channel channels while managing store expenses and visual presentation.
- Inspire and direct a team focused on customer obsession and achieving sales, loyalty, and talent goals.
- Lead talent selection, associate development, onboarding, training, and retention.
- Manage the omni‑channel business through visual presentation, sound operational practices, and store expense control.
