Responsibilities
- Create and submit all customer concessions (i.e. SNN, SMRR, etc) in effort to obtain engineering disposition on non-conforming products.
- Create accurate documentation related to non-conforming products including MRR's and concessions.
- Maintain an organized MRB crib(s) for all non-conforming product.
- Maintain an accurate MRB log for accurate tracking of all non-conforming products moving in, out and through the plant.
- Provide accurate reporting of all costs associated with non-conforming product.
- Ensure all product released to the floor under Positive Recall are clearly identified and controlled.
- Audit MRB crib(s) to ensure consistent tracking and documentation exists.
- Assist in RCCA actions as required.
- Lead the RMA processes to ensure timely resolution of non-conforming products from Suppliers.
- Participate in 3rd Party audits as necessary.
- Maintain good housekeeping in the office and MRB areas in support of Ultra C-lean.
- Handles customer supplied product with care.
- Maintain and reinforce ORIZON's quality standards to meet and exceed customer expectations
- Maintains safe and clean work environment; maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervision.
- Must have 5 years of experience working in a quality role.
- Must have excellent verbal, written and listening skills and have the ability to provide written and verbal instructions and present information clearly
- Must exhibit professionalism when communicating with superiors and subordinates.
- Must demonstrate the ability to understand and work with basic mathematical concepts
- Must be adaptable to a changing work environment, competing demands and is able to deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events.
- Must have the ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Must be able to capture and assimilate information quickly.
- Must be able to pay attention to detail.
- Must be able to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
- Must be discreet and able to hold sensitive information confidential.
