Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Quality Manager to lead and maintain robust quality systems across our facility. This role will collaborate closely with Engineering, Production, and other departments to ensure our commitment to delivering high‑quality products on schedule. The Quality Manager will champion our quality standards, continuous improvement initiatives, and compliance with industry regulations while fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and respect.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and maintain quality documentation to ensure alignment with current standards and manufacturing practices.
  • Monitor adherence to quality processes, including:
    • First Article Inspections (FAI)
    • In‑process and final inspections
    • Internal and external audits
    • Incoming material verification and vendor certification reviews
  • Drive corrective action processes, ensuring timely resolution and integration into production plans.
  • Lead quality improvement projects and audits to enhance compliance and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement training programs for quality personnel to promote cross‑functional capabilities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and customers to resolve product‑related issues and clarify specifications.
  • Continuously improve inspection methods, testing procedures, and quality control systems.

    Maintain a safe and organized work environment in compliance with company policies.
  • Perform additional duties as required to support business objectives.
Qualifications
  • 5–7 years of experience in quality management or engineering within a manufacturing or aerospace environment.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and AS9100 standards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Hands‑on experience with precision measurement tools and equipment (CMM, optical comparator, laser measuring systems, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical information clearly.
  • Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities; capable of managing multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Commitment to confidentiality and professional integrity.
