What you will do in this role:

• The nursing process is demonstrated by the staff RN’s ability to work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary health care team in planning, directing, implementing, and evaluating patient care.
• Performs maintenance and care associated with central vascular catheters and PICCs, including insertion of PICC lines. May supervise RNs, LPNs, technicians, unit secretaries, nursing students, and nursing assistants. Involves general guidance and direction by the Nursing Clinical Manager.
• The employee will be expected to perform most duties independently and in accordance with established departmental and hospital policies and procedures.

What qualifications you will need:

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• (RN) Registered Nurse
• Registered Nurse Diploma
