Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing hospital operations during administrative absence
• Monitoring performance, schedules, and providing coaching
• Assisting in department meetings
• Providing thorough nursing assessments, treatment planning, medication distribution, and medical care
• Ensuring quality nursing care aligned with treatment goals

Qualifications:

• Must be 21+, graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Current unencumbered nursing license
• CPR and CPI certification within 30 days of employment
• Flexibility for hours and overtime
• Experience in psychiatric healthcare preferred, including work with chemical dependency, dual diagnosis, and geriatric patients
