Production Manager
Responsibilities
As a Sr ISC Production Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will lead and manage production operations to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of products. You will be responsible for overseeing production teams, driving operational excellence, and implementing best practices to enhance productivity and quality. You will report directly to our Production Manager and you’ll work out of our Olathe, KS location on an on-site schedule.
In this role, you will impact the overall efficiency and effectiveness of production operations, ensuring that products are delivered on time and meet quality standards. Your leadership will foster a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement.
- Oversee daily production activities, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
- Lead and mentor production teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
- Implement production schedules and monitor progress to meet delivery deadlines.
YOU MUST HAVE
- 5+ years of experience in production management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and production systems.
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Proficiency in using production management software and tools.
- Circuit Card Assembly production or Mass Production experience.
