CNC Operator in Training

Pay: Completion of training merits promotion to CNC Machine Operator and a $1.50/hr. pay bump!

3. Learn the Basics

• Follow the Dispatch List to know what to work on.
• Set up fixtures and gather tools.
• Load parts, inspect them, and record results.
• Deburr parts to remove sharp edges.
• Learn to operate forklifts and cranes.
• Complete safety checks.

5. Keep It Clean and Safe

• Follow safety rules.
• Keep your work area clean and organized.

6. Complete Your Training

• Finish all required courses and hands-on training.

7. Stay Flexible

• Be ready to take on other tasks as needed.
