$22.00/hr - $24.00/hr

• Utilizes cut gloves when handling a GMS 520 and GMS 1600 blade during setup and teardown of equipment.
• Demonstrates knowledge of different meat cuts, meat quality, and meat handling requirements.
• Handles gondolas and equipment properly.
• Operates and maintains TVI slicing machines, troubleshoots issues, and performs minor repairs.
• Follows quality control processes and standards to ensure that products meet required specifications.
• Measures and makes adjustments on slicing machines.
• Coordinates with team members and reports any issues or concerns to management.
• Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.

• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Knowledge of hazard analysis and critical control points (HACCP), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), OSHA, and Safe Quality Food (SQF) requirements.

• Additional experience with GMS 520 and GMS 1600 blade handling is preferred.
• Experience with TVI slicing machines.
