Senior Manager of Overnights (Full Time)

Purpose of Position:
The Senior Manager of Overnights is responsible for providing expectations, direction, and supervision for the Overnight Program Implementation Managers, and the Overnight PACERS. The role will assist the Director of PRTF Operations in the day‑to‑day oversight of the overnight shift and will support the training department in ensuring overnight Care Facilitators participate in a training program, including weekly curriculum, coaching, retention assistance, and support for 30, 60, 90 training plans with their PIMs.
Tasks are performed under the direction of the Director of PRTF Operations. Work performance is reviewed through informal supervision, formal supervision, reports, and evaluations. Incumbent to this position is a KidsTLC employee and is subject to KidsTLC personnel policies and procedures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Direct supervision of the Overnight Program Implementation Managers and Overnight PACERS to ensure a consistent and safe environment for clients and staff.
- Assist the Director of PRTF Operations with the overall operation of the residential program for the overnight shift.
- Provide direction and oversight of the Overnight Program Implementation Managers and Overnight PACERS responsibilities.
- Create and implement the daily schedule for the overnight 10p–8a shift, ensuring adequate staff coverage for each unit to meet state requirements.
- Ensure compliance with all standards and regulations for continuous quality improvement.
- Monitor and maintain high‑quality record keeping and professional accountabilities for the residential program.
- Evaluate, coach, and assist in ensuring the Overnight Program Managers and Overnight PACERS create a safe environment for clients and staff.
- Coordinate with the Director of Professional Development and the Senior Director of Operations and Safety to create an ongoing training program that the Senior Manager of Overnights will implement with Care Facilitators.
- Provide assistance with coverage and support when Overnight PIMs are on PTO.
- Monitor and maintain policies and procedures for constant and effective implementation.
- Run and document all safety drills for the overnight shift, including tornado, fire, and ALICE drills.
- This position has supervisory responsibilities over the Overnight Program Implementation Managers and Overnight PACERS.
- This position assists in overseeing the daily operations for the residential overnight shift (10p–8a).

Education and/or Experience- Must be in a management/supervisory role at KidsTLC to be eligible for this position.
- 1–2 years of management/supervisory experience preferred.

- Computer skills: knowledge of industry‑specific software, systems, web‑based software programs, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Physical demands: regularly sit, stand, walk, talk, and hear; occasionally lift/move up to 25 lbs; regular vision abilities, including computer work.
- Environmental adaptability: standard office environment with high noise level, fast paced.
You must be at least 21 years of age to work or volunteer at Kids TLC.
