• Review project plans and specifications to determine materials, schedule, budget parameters, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources for the various phases of the project
• Discuss and establish work plan outline with staff; assign duties, scope of authority and provide technical advice/trouble‑shooting
• Monitor submittals/track job materials/quotes
• Connect and interact with General Contractors
• Direct and coordinate activities to ensure project is on schedule and within budgeted scope; review status reports prepared by staff and make changes where needed
• Other duties as assigned

• Construction Management Degree or Two (2) years’ experience as a Project Coordinator or Assistant Project Manager/Engineer for a construction/service company, sub‑contractor, or property management firm preferred
• Candidates will need to have a high attention to detail and enjoy a fast‑paced work environment that is very deadline focused
• Mechanically minded or inclined
• Strong mathematical ability; must verify bids for accuracy
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Access and Outlook
• Excellent communication, customer relations, and problem‑solving skills
