We currently have openings for a Maintenance Assistant. The successful qualified candidate will be part of an incredible team that helps to insure the building structure and appearance is of the highest standard.

Responsibilities and Duties

- Work as a motivated team member to guarantee the exceptional in maintaining all physical assets of the facility

- Perform regular general service and repair

- Take the initiative to go above and beyond to maintain an extraordinarily facility

- Be friendly in nature and open to meeting new people

Qualifications and Skills

We are seeking team members who have the following qualifications and skills:

- Previous building maintenance experience of 2 years or more

- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs

- Some electrical, plumbing, concrete and general carpentry experience

- Shows initiative in daily work

- Drywall and remodel experience perfered
