An Assisted Living Community in Olathe is seeking a Director of Maintenance to oversee health care maintenance operations. The ideal candidate will have health care maintenance experience and a general knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and floor installation. Responsibilities include repairing fixtures, installing flooring, conducting safety checks, and managing contractor schedules. Candidates should be organized, outgoing, and possess good communication skills.

This is a full-time position with an on-call requirement for emergencies.
