• Performs general cleaning duties for common and office areas throughout the entire facility including bathrooms and windows
• Completes daily cleaning tasks; for example, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting surfaces, cleaning windows, emptying trash bins
• Responsible for minor maintenance tasks; for example, changing light bulbs, fixing minor leaks, reporting any major maintenance issues to the management
• Follows safety procedures to ensure the safe use of cleaning chemicals and equipment
• Responsible for ensuring common areas are free from hazards; for example, wet floors, cluttered walkways
• Receives Hepatitis vaccinations in compliance with legal requirements
• Inspects common areas to identify any damages or repairs needed and reports issues to management
• Adheres to all company safety procedures and guidelines
• Uses personal protective equipment
• Operates machinery and equipment safely
• Reports any hazards, near misses, injuries, or accidents immediately
• Actively participates in safety trainings and drills
• Maintains cleanliness in work areas to prevent accidents
• Contributes to the continuous improvement of all safety protocols
• Demonstrates awareness of surroundings to ensure own safety and the safety of others
• Successfully accomplishes work assignments and prioritizes tasks by utilizing policies and available resources
• Collaborates effectively with managers, coworkers, and business partners identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations
• Carries out assigned tasks, communicating progress, and relevant information
• Actively identifies and suggests ways to address improvement opportunities
