Position Summary
As a Computerized Maintenance Management System Coordinator, you will support plant operations by developing and reviewing work requests, managing maintenance purchase requests, and maintaining inventory systems. You will collaborate with managers and cross‑functional teams to identify opportunities to improve efficiency and cost effectiveness, while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities- Complete work assignments and priorities using company policies and data, collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and other business partners; communicate progress and recommend improvement opportunities.
- Assist associates in developing work requests and instruct them in proper utilization of the CMMS; review work requests for clarity and completeness to avoid duplication.
- Process maintenance work requests for approval to work orders by the Maintenance Manager or Plant Engineer.
- Develop maintenance purchase requests, ensuring clarity and completeness; select vendors and pricing to obtain approval to purchase orders by the Maintenance Manager or Plant Engineer; receive purchases, update inventory, and prepare materials and tools for maintenance associates.
- Collaborate with department and cross‑functional teams to define and implement process improvements that increase value to the customer, focusing on storeroom, maintenance plant, and business goals while supporting the SQF program.
- Utilize the CMMS to schedule and coordinate maintenance activities—including preventive, corrective, and emergency tasks—aligned with production and sanitation schedules, ensuring resource availability and part/tool readiness.

- 1 year of work experience with Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) or Manufacturing Computerized System/SAP.
- 1 year of customer service or accounts management experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Experience utilizing reporting methods and tools for tracking and managing key performance metrics.
- Maintenance experience in a dairy plant, food processing, or manufacturing environment.
