Tier 3 – Senior Solutions Engineer; MSP

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Lenexa, Kansas, for a Tier 3 – Senior Solutions Engineer (MSP). In this role, you will provide advanced IT support to our small-business clients. The ideal candidate has advanced skills in complex troubleshooting, customer service, and managing a variety of technologies and client environments.

• Troubleshoot and resolve advanced technical issues
• Work tickets escalated from Tier 1 and Tier 2 technicians
• Perform root cause analysis and guide long-term resolution strategies
• Assist in defining processes for solution delivery and support
• Contribute to the internal knowledge base

• Five or more years of technical experience in Managed Services
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, especially Microsoft 365 and Google
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, especially to C-level audiences.

• Familiarity with RMM tools (e.g., Connect Wise, ASIO)
• Familiarity with virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V)
