This is a full-time, on-site position based in Lenexa, Kansas, for a Tier 3 – Senior Solutions Engineer (MSP). In this role, you will provide advanced IT support to our small-business clients. The ideal candidate has advanced skills in complex troubleshooting, customer service, and managing a variety of technologies and client environments.
Responsibilities- Troubleshoot and resolve advanced technical issues
- Work tickets escalated from Tier 1 and Tier 2 technicians
- Perform root cause analysis and guide long-term resolution strategies
- Assist in defining processes for solution delivery and support
- Contribute to the internal knowledge base
- Five or more years of technical experience in Managed Services
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, especially Microsoft 365 and Google
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, especially to C-level audiences.
- Familiarity with RMM tools (e.g., Connect Wise, ASIO)
- Familiarity with virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V)
