Help Desk Service Agent

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Help Desk Specialist to join their team!

This is an exciting opportunity for an entry-level IT professional to join a collaborative and supportive environment. The team is looking for someone eager to dive in, handle incoming support calls, and manage ticket queues efficiently.

• Provide first-level support by answering inbound help desk calls and managing IT service tickets
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic issues related to monitors, headsets, and other common hardware/software
• Consistently document ticket progress and solutions for easy handoff and future reference

• A+ certification or equivalent foundational IT knowledge
• Exposure to or training in IT support functions
