Role
:
This position is a combination of Level 1 and Level 2 Helpdesk/Tech Support. Top tickets include password resets, permission changes, printers, network devices, and hardware/software service. The daily workload is approximately 90% ticket resolution and 10% project work. We promote from within and will place the successful candidate on a project for future growth and knowledge within the IT team.
Provide helpdesk and technical support for desktop, hardware, networking, and software issues. Respond to tickets and resolve them in a timely manner while maintaining documentation in Service Now.

- Must be able to communicate with leadership.

- Jack of all trades expected as the role involves onsite support.

Pay & BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 – $35.00 per hour.
