Pay & Benefits- Base pay:
Up to $19 per hour (may earn more depending on experience, skills, and client needs) - Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance (for eligible employees)

As a Senior Helpers Caregiver, you provide hands-on support that helps clients maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life. Responsibilities may include:
- Building meaningful relationships through conversation and companionship
- Participating in clients’ favorite activities and hobbies
- Preparing meals and assisting with light housekeeping
- Assisting with walking, dressing, bathing, and daily personal care
- Observing and reporting changes in clients’ physical condition, mood, or behavior
- Documenting care provided and communicating updates with the care team
- You are treated with respect and professionalism

- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Previous caregiving experience preferred, but not required (we train the right people)
- Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance
- Ability to treat clients with dignity, patience, and respect
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Ability to read, write, and speak English at an average adult level
- Punctual, dependable, and committed to high-quality care
